Replacement Policy
You may request to replace most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. In case of a technical fault, a replacement will be issued to you. In order to facilitate the replacement process please provide the parcel opening video at the time of receipt of the order.
You should expect to receive your replacement within 1 to 2 weeks of approval of the replacement, however, in many cases, you will receive a replacement more quickly. You may choose to send us the faulty item or avail of our service at only PRs 200 Additional in which our courier will pick up and replace your item with a new item at the same time.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan. Note that there are certain rural areas in which home delivery service is not available in which case you have to collect your parcel from the courier office that is nearest to your location.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping fee is free in all our Pakistan in case of normal orders and RS 200 in case of replacement.
